Quality and Ethics Policy Statement:
ENVision Laboratories, Inc. is committed to providing its clients with accurate and defensible data and meeting all requirements for data quality. As a condition of employment, all employees must agree to follow ENVision’s Ethics and Data Integrity Policy Agreement, which includes the following items:
– All work performed will be in accordance with appropriate specified methods, SOPs, and contracts.
– All reported data, including dates and times, shall represent actual values obtained and are not modified or manipulated in any manner which is not described in the referenced method.
– Client information shall be kept strictly confidential and released only with the written permission of the client, except as required by law.
– Violation of these standards is grounds for disciplinary action, including termination.
If for any reason, it is not possible to strictly follow referenced methods, the client will be contacted immediately.
